NEW ROLE: CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT (CASUAL)
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will assist with all customer enquiries and represent the company in a professional manner.
Troubleshoot customer issues to determine a positive outcome.
Manage all customer and stockists product returns and exchanges.
Maintain all contact lists to ensure communication is current and relevant.
Attend to in-store customers and assist the retail space.
Skills & ExperienceA real passion for customer service and a willingness to go above and beyond for your customer.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
At least 2 years experience in a similar role.
Highly organised, proactive, self-motivated.
Time management – ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail.
Displaying common-sense and using initiative.
